Hi, Friend! If we havent  met I would like to tell you a bit about myself :) 

I am Anna and as a passionate psychologist dedicated to help people step into their fullest potential, I worked with clients from all over the world for over 12 years now

 

I deeply believe that true growth isn’t just about pushing through obstacles  —it’s about healing first, tending to our inner wounds, and then evolving into our best, truest selves

My special area of expertise is Burnout prevention through meaningful and consistent self-care.

I guide people—especially those in helping roles, like caregivers—on how to truly take care of themselves, and not just survive, but to thrive. My own experience of burnout solidify my expertise and really allows me to teach from my heart. 

 

And  that is why I have  created my mini-online course !  it is to help you to take your life back, and stop postponing your own well-being to “someday” !
